Having been here 10 years, the latest management tries their best to keep up with maintenance issues.
Parking and attitude
I've had multiple instances of people being rude if I have a complaint. Plus, 1/4 requests have actually ever been handled. Then, just recently my friend has been towed twice. They limit your guest parking to 3 days a week and if you disagree with them they have told me that they will specifically tow my friends car if they ever see if pull up again.
Best place to live
For the past 2 years, I am so blessed to have found an apartment that feels like my own home. Office staff has been so helpful and kind when I have questions. The Maintenance staff is so friendly and when something has to be replaced or changed out they let me know when and how long it will take. Country Square Apartment is pet friendly, just keep your pet on a leash when taking them for a walk or run. There is also a pet pick up waste station on several locations. So if you wanting a quiet, safe, peaceful, pet friendly place to live. Country Square Apt is waiting for you.
