Overall great place to live
For the price there are some small things I expect not to deal with from time to time. The fees are wild. But overall great property, great for hosting. Using event spaces should be absolutely FREE or at least at a smaller. price with the amount of rent we pay, but that's pretty much my only complaint on the property itself. Danny is one of my personal favorites as far as staff. He is usually very helpful and eager to help, I'm always happy to see him when he is in. I love Mike in the maintenance department, he's gone out of his way to help me on many occasions. I will say that most staff in this department are speedy and very efficient. My only negative review regarding staff is the Property Manager Malia. As she shows absolutely no empathy, compassion to tenants. Every interaction with her has been cold and deadpan. I think this should be corrected seeing how occasionally speaking with residents/tenants is a large part of the position.
The MIDRISE is in Shambles
I've been a resident at the Midrise for 3 years and property management has turned over 3 times since my lease begin. Maintenance isn't kept up at all in the midrise and the elevator is always broken. There are also several apartments that have MOLD outside their doorway that is very visible to all tenant and they have yet to rectify it. Forget about submitting preventative maintenance request for pest control etc as the vendors don't show up and the requests are marked completed instantaneously as soon as they are submitted by the resident.
