Mixed Bag
The apartments are at a great location with Chastain Park nearby and many restaurants and shops lining Roswell Rd. However, the apartments themselves offer less value. Nothing wrong with them, just very average despite the large increases in rent over the past few years.
MAA Chastain Review
My roommate and I have lived here for 6 months. The move in process was more chaotic than needed. We were also promised a dog park would be built by the end of January 2023, but it is now May 2023 and still no dog park. The amenities are great and well-maintained. Maintenance is usually very responsive. Definitely recommend paying extra for the garage parking because the parking lots are overcrowded.
Needs work but great location
Moved here in a pinch when I had to terminate my lease due to a roommate skipping out on me . It’s a great location but suffers from congested parking and just being older construction. Office staff was always helpful and they just installed new smart thermostats and keypad door handles .
