Great Location
11th St is great because it is off the main road so a little quieter, next to the Fed so feels very safe, and also so walkable and convenient to restaurants and Piedmont Park and Georgia Tech. The apartments are a little small but lovely, maintenance is quick, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price is a lot and there is no guest parking, which are the biggest down sides. We have been very happy here for a few years now.

From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found my slice of paradise in the city. The apartment itself is a masterpiece. The attention to detail is impeccable, and the design is both modern and elegant. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the cityscape, which never fail to take my breath away. Waking up to the glittering lights of Atlanta every morning is a privilege I cherish. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. The amenities provided are second to none, creating an inviting and social atmosphere and truly my faborite! The rooftop pool is a true oasis, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I love spending my weekends lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the panoramic views. The fitness center is also exceptional, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that caters to all my workout needs. The locstion couldnt be more ideal. Being in Midtown Atlanta means having easy access to MANY of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I can step out of my apartment and find myself immersed into just about anything I’m looking for. What truly sets this luxurious apartment community, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the friendly concierge who greets me with a warm smile every day to the attentive maintenance team who promptly addresses any concerns, the staff here goes above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. MAA Midtown has exceeded all my expectations and I’m graatful!!
Perfect Place To Call Home!!
I have been impressed with this property since the day I completed my tour. Office staff, Maintenance & Concierge are friendly,fast, and helpful! The building always smell nice and all the common areas are neat and clean. I am very cautious and particular about where I call home, and I honestly dont have any complaints at this time. Awesome work MAA-Midtown!!
