Location and Value
Going on 3 years here. Experienced a change in property management to Wood Residential after the first year and the new company has been great. Love the location, amenities, the frequent resident events, responsiveness of maintenance, and high level of communication. What could make it better… more guest parking. If I invite friends for a dinner thats all my passes for the month. Sleep quality has been a struggle with a construction project happening on 2 sides of the property. Woken up some mornings as early as 5:30am. But respect thats outside of the property teams control.
