The apartment complex is amazing that i live at! The amenties are very well kept!
Overall a nice place to live
Love the amenties, prime location right in between downtown and the airport, easy to get around. Only issue ive really had is noisy neighbors
Been here a while
Been here for over 2 years now and moved in when they first opened. Firstly, I've lived in multiple different apartments/condos/high rises and as with any community living, there are always caveats you must deal with. The Monroe is no different. There is occasional noise, occasional issues with parking, etc etc. Now guest parking is not great, they really didn't think about this when they designed the building and spaces. They added 10 spaces but it's just not enough. Amenities could be better, in terms of getting the TV's service or at least OTA channels for free. The gym could use a cable machine for more versatility but that's just a personal preference. Overall the units are great, and maintenance is absolutely the best part of living here. Allen does a great job and he's super friendly and attentive to detail. He makes living here fantastic
