extra charges for trash by city and apartments old AC units no laundry gym only has couple treadmill and couple weights in a very small area trash service times are very bad and will get fine if you left the trash can outside and you were at work additional rent which should be optional but isn't so you get charged for things you don't use and need.
North Austin Living
It's fine. The apartments can use some major updates for what rent costs here, but it's fine. I don't see this is a long term place. The community is mildly maintained with trash blowing around the parking lots, dog areas not being cleaned up, and maintenance orders take an extraordinary amount of time. The office staff is hot and cold. Depends who you get to speak with.
