This was alright, old units. quite a few issue with slow turn around time for maintenance. looks like they did a quick flip of the unit because some of the update appliances, paint, and flooring is poor quality. Place should be cheaper then what they ask. Older crowd too.

Well located, but a bit lacking

The apartments are not bad, aside from the bug issue but that's pretty normal. Amenities were a bit lack luster in comparison to other apartments in the same price range and location.

A peaceful and quiet place to live

This will be my second year and I love this place due to the peace and quiet. The neighbors are great and we watch for each other. The previous office staff were ok but I love Annabelle, she is very friendly, attentive, willing to help. The maintenance crew take time to get things fix but when they get to it they do a good job. The location of the property is great very central. The property is well maintained. Overall I give it a ?? and 5 ?? Rating. Continue the good work and there is always room for improvement.

What is to be expected in a class C property

Location is awesome. Property Manager is awesome and does everything she can to take care of residents. The property needs new gutters. The property is in great need for a solid maintenance team. The laundry area is in desperate need of a remodel and new equipment. I love my apartment, but I'm used to living in these conditions. The biggest issue as of now is the rent increase. There are a fair number of residents who are on fixed incomes and the most recent rate increase is hard on them. In my opinion, the rate increase was a money grab taking advantage of over inflated home values. All that said, I've enjoyed living here, but as I said, I'm used to this kind of property.
