Great apartment size

The size is perfect for a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels like you're in a 2 bedrooms, neighbors are quiet and respectful, my only issue is with the maintenance which sometime takes weeks to get your issue resolved

Decent living place from which to build a life in Austin

It's off the highway which is convenient. It's older which is actually refreshing, there's a bit of warmth and the units are not boxy. There are plenty of trees and it's far enough back from the road to feel comfy and cozy.
