Pros: The location and units are good and the maintenance team is very helpful and kind. Cons: Garage in building 2 is always flooded and the gate is permanently open/broken; Amenities are never available or working properly (pool, grill, gym, printer), and elevators are often out of service; Fire alarm beeps almost every week; The package room works perfectly. It would be in the “pros”, but we are now migrating to a third-party service which I don’t think is necessary. I have friends living in other apartment complex (same price range), and their leasing office team organize events every week e.g., coffee, pizza, karaoke, wine, etc. My in my previous apartment they used to do the same. I miss that here. General comments: I understand and see the value of renovations. But during almost my entire leasing I couldn’t enjoy the amenities as I wish. The garage issue should be a priority (flooding and gate). The leasing office is possibly overwhelmed with the renovations and new residents, and falls short in making the current residents to have a good experience.

Washer dryer

I just moved, put the first load of clothes to the washer and it doesnt work. Now my clothes is stuck inside and I cant unplug it because the plug is so far back. Already tried canceling the wash multiple times and nothing works. I would appreciate your help with this

Review

Been a resident 3 years and renewing. Good value aAvnd location. Constructikn ongoing so noisy there and apts not insulated to sound from neighbors who are loud. Some maintenance requests are taken care of promptly others are still pending from our move into our unit after multiple follow ups. Lack of access to things on property due to renovations has been unfortunate but some will be opening hopefully.
