An Austin Dream

This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy Austin life without being too caught up in the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Only 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Zilker, Bell Lakeshore feels like my own personal oasis. I love the pool's privacy and the rooftop patio's gorgeous views. The staff is kind and communicates promptly. The apartments are very quiet save for the weekends when people gather at the pool, making Bell Lakeshore the perfect combination of quiet and sociable.

Expensive for what you are receiving, but love the people.

Lived here for about a year, had a ton of maintenance issues from the facility itself. Took the staff months to fix the issues. Love the people who live here and location.....so that may be the only reason I stay

Poorly managed and maintained

Our carpets needed replacement as they have not been touched since 2019, (could be more years prior but our knowledge of. tenants only goes back to 2019). When we inquired the property manager, Daniel, told us they would steam clean but if we wanted them replaced it would be $700. The only time carpets are replaced in the unit is if the tenants completely move out. We had them cleaned by the apartment and they still look like yellow trash (I believe they are supposed to be cream?) The shower rod has rust and the bathroom is covered in mildew. It appears no concern for the tenants being in a place that is aesthetically sound as well as how gross to not replace carpets for 5 years - or more! I would not recommend this place at all. I am moving in bc of my roomate she had the lease prior, and is a personal friend and she didnt want the inconvenience to move. This is the only reason I picked living here , Its poorly managed, maintained and there is no air of care or concern for the tenants health or safety.

Great experience

I've lived at Bell Lakeshore 2 years - love the location and the staff has always been helpful/communicative. The amenity spaces are always clean and have been great for friend hangouts, studying, and convenient lift sessions in the gym
