Used to be better

I've lived here almost 4 years and it has gotten progressively worse as time as gone by. The entire complex goes unkept and unmanaged. The hallways are disgusting and need new paint. The bathrooms never have soap/ paper towels and always reek of urine. The staff is not helpful and even when communicating issues face-to-face they demand all request to be submitted electronically, showing that they really want to do as little work as possible.

Cozy and comfy living

Apartments here are beautiful and well constructed. Concrete walls between units to minimize noise. Great amenities - trash pickup, gym, pool, clubhouse, however there have been a few issues/closures with the gym and pool in particular. Courtyard pool views are awesome. Staff is mostly responsive and quite friendly. Overall really enjoy living in this apartment complex.
