Quiet, clean, and reasonably priced

I've lived here a little over a year. The place is pretty small so it stays quiet. People are generally respectful. Priced on the high end, but still cheaper than a lot of similar places so that's still a plus. The apartments themselves are top notch. I don't think there's currently any place in Baton Rouge as nice as here for even close to the same prices. I've lived several places in BR and there does tend to be a 3-4 year trend where management will let the place go but that hasn't happened yet so fingers crossed. Parking is fine, there's still enough open spots, but the front building has less parking because of the covered spots taking up 80% of one side. Would also love to see the rock gap at the front be fixed at some point as it's been an issue for almost the entire time I've been here.

Dawson Park

We loved our first home in Baton Rouge. The apartments are newly built, great amenities and staff. The grounds are super clean, as are the apartment buildings. Pey friendly. We will miss Dawson Park!

Next Level

This place is a notch above anything else we've found in Baton Rouge. Quiet, plenty of parking, the place feels more like a home than apartment which we love. I've lived in many places around Baton Rouge and this is the first one where it hasn't felt like they cut corners building it.
