I really like staying here. Its soooo peaceful. The only issue is parking. If you do not pay for covered parking, depending on where you stay you might not have a consistent parking area and have to walk pretty far. Maintenance is great REALLY quick. My neighbors are cool I've never had an issue other than seeing dog poop in the grass. Overall I enjoy it and was excited to resign my lease last year.
