Pricey but nicey

I've lived here for 1 1/3 years so far and I do find it to be one of the nicer places I've leased in a long time. The staff are responsive and nice, accommodations come in handy for when you're entertaining guests (the pool area is inviting and full of everything you'd need to host a small party of your favorite folks), the apartments themselves are well laid out and meet my needs, and it is in a very excellent location that's close to any shopping or entertainment you could possibly need. My only real criticisms would be that the price is on the higher end for rentals: $1400 for a 1 bedroom is a little steep in my opinion. Also, I'm of the opinion that I was very fortunate to get the room I ended up with facing the inner pool area. While I can't really hear the nearby train that comes roaring through all hours of the day, I do feel the vibrations of it rolling through fairly frequently and I can't imagine what it's like for the residents facing out towards Perkins road on top of the constant road traffic.
