You can't beat the location
Lived here almost 3 years. The interior of my unit has updated and renovated and the layout and space are exceptional. The appliances are technically working but the results are not that great. The exterior of the buildings and common areas need some work. overall, I am happy to live here.

Love the location and amenities. I do wish some of the appliances were updated and more new.

I have lived here for sometime. I hope that this management team is on track to get and maintain this property so it is worthy of the amount they charge for rent.

Great location, walkable distance to downtown several restaurants and grocery stores. Space is huge for a 2B2B compared to other apartments in Bellevue. Good price value. But amenities and maintenance is not upto the expectations.
