Nice apartments, terrible management
Since moving in there has been a long list of annoyances from management. Messing up my paperwork, losing some of it, parking spaces not available that were told they would be, the parcel pending system never working, and the list goes on. One person there, James, is awesome. One example would be a parking spot audit they conducted. The email I just came across in my spam folder, stating you had to submit your parking space, parking tag #, license plate, and vehicle type. If you didnt reply by a certain date you would be towed. I pay $3100 a month for my apartment and $200 for my parking spot, and because they cant keep track of their own parking spots they are relying on people getting an email, submitting all their own information, or get towed, even if youre paying for the spot. Its pretty hard for your emails to get automatically tagged as spam, gmail does a pretty good job at sorting those out, that also means it probably went to spam for everyone since they dont have their email domain set up properly. Am planning on leaving when my lease is up.
Overall a great place at Cambridge
I like the location of the appartment where it sits next to the fresh pond and th mall. The apartment itself is spaceous for all my stuff and furnitures. However, one thing happened recently is that our washer went down and it seems hard to get it fix. They have staffs for maintenance but sometimes it takes a while.
