Great Location, Clean Property

I have liked the property, but I do think it is a bit expensive for the amenities that it offers. There is no dishwasher or in-unit laundry. Other than that, the building is clean and well maintained.

Bright and Beautiful

If you’re looking for state of the the art living this is not it. If you’re looking for a great historical property with great light and a big apartment this is it! However, when you feel a draft and you tell them your windows aren’t closing all the way they’ll give you some spongy padding and let you fix it. Office staff has always been amazing. Also get ready to play hide and seek for parking. It’s gotten very crowded so if you get a good parking spot just stay in or Uber. You’re not guaranteed to get another good parking spot or remotely close one if you leave. Holidays are the best time for parking because no one is there!
