The complex was a decent place to live in the past. Recent years,a lot has changed. Water damages to apartment not addressed appropriately. Exterminator services not done. Vacant apt left unclean for months.

Maintenance

I’ve lived here over a year and they rental office haven’t done maintenance things that I’ve put in several requests for. The roof is still leaking, water is still running down the walls every time it rains. The master bathroom still does not have a mirror in the bathroom
