Great Atmosphere
This place has been great. My youngest made friends immediately. Grounds are clean and it's pretty quiet.
Good for price
After a rocky first few months involving some (very) noisy neighbors, the last year plus has been overall very good, and one of the better rental experiences in Ann Arbor. In short, it's the best apartments within a couple mile radius of downtown Ann Arbor without being a dump. It's very tough to find apartments with washer/dryer, central air, private entry, and gas stovetops. Arbor Club has it all.
