Continuous Hidden Charges
The area is nice and the buildings are clean. The only problem is that despite finalizing payments several times they will still ask you to pay additional charges that they do not relay to you beforehand. We keep being charged extra fees that we have not been informed of or charged again for something already paid.

The staff has been wonderful in my relocation to ABQ. The apartment is well insulated-soundproof. I love the layout and the amount of storage provided.

Not keeping up with repairs; use "patchwork repairs".
I would not recommend anyone to this complex. Using patchwork repairs, not maintaining complex as same problems happen.
