Home
The first year here was good. No issues with neighbors. Only issue is that we keep getting guys from a chruch knocking in our door sometimes as late as 8 pm. We have asked them to stop, then a week or so later, they come back.
Amazing Place to Call Home
I have lived here almost 9 months now and absolutely love it. The staff is always so friendly and on the rare occasion I've needed to submit a maintenance request, the issue is resolved promptly. The maintenance staff is also super friendly and helpful as well. Its definitely a great place to call home.
Could use an upgrade!
I've lived here for 10+years. I have seen a lot of changes to the property, as well as property managers. I know the new owners are trying to update/upscale the property, but I live in an apartment that still has the original (10 yr. old) flooring/carpet, appliances and walls that need to be repainted. Needless to say, my apartment is over-priced for what I have compared to the upgraded apartments.
Property & Management Change
Started out living here a few years ago as San Miguel del Bosque-great management, great upkeep of property, great units-started in a standard and moved into an upgrade & both were great! I moved out & couldnt wait to come back to SMDB. Then... Greystar took over SMDB and not sure what it did to the staff because all of a sudden the original friendly mgmt team was gone and we gained staff with attitude. Were now the Aubry and units are changing from the SW style to Modern, unfitting for the Bosque location. Maintenance team is great, attentive and work orders have been completed in a timely manner and progressed as needed should you need them. Parking in the front of property can be a hassle as its limited and alot of covered spaces but towards the middle & back, plenty of space. Depending on where your unit is located WATER is always being turned off for repairs sometimes multiple times a week for the same set of buildings. The east pool is cold all summer and full of cotton and debris. Management is always closing off the pool and amenities for whatever maintenance/inspections-it was closed all summer 2023 until mid Aug or Sept then closed due to "partying". It has always been a property that I felt safe in with vehicles and residence. Rather quiet even for being along Paseo. Great location for connection to the Bosque Open Space. Very convenient next to Paseo/Coors for connection to the rest of ABQ and Rio Rancho.
