Small, open, and convenient
There have been a couple of disturbances in the area and a lot of police/ambulance sirens here and there. Some neighbors get into disputes late in the night. Kitchen amenities, especially the cabinets, drawers, counter tops, and stove should really be replaced by up to date and nicer looking ones given the rent price.
