General Feedback - Excellent Overall
The team at Parkside is excellent. Caro is wonderful to work with and always available to help if needed. Marvin is always working and moving doing a great job. I only have 2 suggestions or comments. First, it’s great the apartments are being renovated. However, the debris from work being completed is an issue as it has caused me to get 2 flats. I understand it’s very difficult to clean everything and accidents happen. Just maybe a note to the workers coming and going to be a little more cautious. Second, is general security. It is a very quiet community, which is great. Just wondering if anything can be added as entryways are open 24/7 for anyone to come in one side and out the other. In addition to confined areas like the laundromat. I am sure digital entry is a significant expense but even just some general area cameras and signs showing property under surveillance. That at a minimum may be a low-cost way to deter any activity that could hurt anyone or property. Thank you for providing a great community and place to call home.
