Great experience. Office staff explains things and tries to work with you.
DO NOT
A few questions… Why would you want your children living here? It’s not a community for families. It’s a party building with happenings children shouldn’t be exposed to! Why should a tenant have to transfer units multiple times? Why are tenants being evacuated in the middle of the night? Without any kind of notice of what caused it. If you were uprooted from your home before dawn you’d want to know why even if it was later that day. You deserve to know why! Constant fire alarms going off, but why? Again no notifications from property management about testing the alarms so instead it sends sheer panic to the residents as if it’s a real fire. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE, YOUR LIVELIHOOD OR ANYTHING ELSE
