The apartments here are reasonably priced and are in a great location not far from downtown with lots of restaurants and parks around

The staff is great! However these apartments are to high in rent for what you get. These same prices you can go somewhere else in the area & get an updated apartment with matching appliances & new carpet. Moving from another State to Dallas for the first time. This apartment was not to my liking & that’s because what they have online is a lie. These are not luxury apartments & to blindside a applicant is deceitful.
