Home since 2019 and since new owners it has been very comfortable to live in. Maintenance is always on top on things and emergency requests. Neighbors are always friendly and keep to themselves. It’s a great place to live and close to freeway. Very convenient to kids schools. Thanks.

We've called University Glen home since 2015, so you know they're doing something right! Everything you could want in terms of location and apartment amenities is available here! Large windows with wide sills for your favorite plants. Well designed layouts that cleverly give both space and privacy to each unit. So many businesses, parks, the library and other places of interest in walking distance. Police and fire a stone's throw away for a sense of safety. The best school district for your kids and the best city in the area. All of this and more are some of the reasons UG is our choice for home and will continue to be. But at the end of the day, a lot of apartments can be quite nice and have much to offer. So what sets UG apart and above and beyond any competition? Without question, our manager, Janet and our maintenance maestro, Rene. I can't think of a more professional, kind, caring, accessible, authentic person than Janet. She is an absolutely amazing person who brings all her skills, imagination, patience, kindness and humor to her job. She feels like family to me! Rene has shown himself to be the best of the best at his job! He assesses things so quickly and he does the work needed with such skill and perfection. But equally important, he is incredibly personable, a true joy to talk with, and someone who makes me feel valued . He's a great new addition to our community. Thank you to Janet and Rene for being the best at what you do and being here at UG. You make a difference and you matter to all of us who live here! To anyone debating about moving here, I urge you to stop in and take a tour. Meet Janet and Rene. The decision to move here will be an easy one!

I toured Bella Vista yesterday with the manager. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about Bella Vista I was impressed. Her maintenance was out doing grounds and she introduce me to the Maintenance man. He was very friendly. I went to the web and came across some of there reviews and they are killer up there and some negative ones. But I understand ones that are negative there just upset cause they were told no or they didn’t get there way in some way or fashion. But what they have to say isn’t going to turn me away. There great loved every single moment of my tour. Some people have to understand that everyone’s tour is going to be completely different from what they experienced when they toured or moved to Bella Vista.

I appreciate the time that I spent at Bella Vista, even with some unexpected things that had transpired within the first year that we've moved in here. The property manager (Miss Tyesha) and the maintenance staff (Mister José) have been the best people that helped us when we truly needed it and I'm grateful for it. Thank you.
