From the first day I came in to look at Truman I was greeted with a welcoming smile, professionalism and a detail tour of the facility. The building is well maintained with every concern treated as an urgency. I would recommend this Company and or Facility to others because I know here my needs are met, I fee; safe and Management cares

I have only lived here two and a half weeks but I am loving it so far. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and clean. I feel safe and all appliances work great! I sleep soundly as there is no noise in my apartment. Other residents are friendly and Katt has been super responsive and helpful.

    4/5 Sarah C. on Apr 6, 2022

I have lived here for 2 years. Management has been amazing since day 1 and maintenance is responsive. You can tell the apartment itself is cheaply made as I have had a doorknob fall off and a door get unhinged, but my issues are always quickly resolved. Amenities are amazing and the apartment is beautiful and modern. The gym has everything you need. The trash room gets messy sometimes but that’s just because some of the other residents are lazy. Rent (like everything else) increased last month, $200 to be specific. For that reason only, I won’t be renewing next year. But I have loved living here!
