I moved into Quantum Apartments a couple of months ago, and it's been very nice. The building has everything you need and more. It is conveniently located near so many good spots to enjoy outings and restaurants but at the same time not noisy or crowded. The staff is nice and excellent problem solvers, the building is also beautiful and in pristine condition. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale security is a must and they take it very seriously. Also, Quantum residents have access to great pop up events, such as wine glass painting and random pizza parties. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Such a great place to live.

I've lived here for 6 months now and I love it now... The first few days were not great due to the many broken things we had in the apartment on move-in, however maintenance was very quick to fix the issues as quickly as they could. Guillermo is the best!! He has gone above and beyond to help us, as well as Ramon and Angel. The gate for the parking garage began functioning in June, before that there were cars that were broken into and even stolen.. we have not heard or seen any issues since the gate was installed. The only thing I would say is that we do not have any security and for the amount of money we pay here you would expect to at least have a sense of safety. They are trying to make the building more secure by installing fobs on the elevators but still think there should be security. AND cameras in the mailroom !!

    Living in Fort Lauderdale, FL

    Living in location

Situated on the southeastern coast of Florida, Fort Lauderdale is a small city known as the "Venice of America" due to its extensive canal system. It's also one of the best places to rent in Florida, boasting miles of coastal beaches, a pleasant climate and a vibrant cultural scene. Due to its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, renters can enjoy water-based activities like boating, yachting and fishing, as well as sunbathing on its famous beaches. The city has a thriving arts and cultural scene with many museums, theaters, music venues and art festivals to attend throughout the year. Of course, Fort Lauderdale also has many shops, restaurants and an extensive nightlife scene with many entertainment venues.

Here, renters experience a tropical rainforest climate characterized by warm temperatures, high humidity, and distinct wet and dry seasons. Average high temperatures range from the mid-70s to mid-80s during winter and rise to the mid-80s to low 90s during summer. While the weather stays pleasant for most of the year, renters should be wary during hurricane season, which lasts from June to November. Fort Lauderdale's lush landscapes and serene riverwalk beckon outdoor enthusiasts. With the annual Las Olas Art Fair and the historic Stranahan House museum, there's a blend of modernity and heritage that enriches residents' lives beyond the sun-kissed shores.
