I have lived here a little over a year and the staff are great when ever something needs to be fixed or replaced they come in a very timely manner and are very nice, as well as front staff personal. The location is great everything is 8-10 min away with close access to I-10. The surrounding living areas are kept clean and so are the laundry facilities. The pools are a good size and not to packed. It is my first time living in an apartment setting and so far I have had a great experience here at Cantera Apartments.

We have enjoyed almost seven years of our lovely apartment living here at Mason. It is quiet and peaceful, with lots of beautiful landscaping. Our 1 BR apartment is just what we need. Since we have been here we have received all new kitchen appliances, flooring, window blinds, and always quick maintenance help when needed. We love the great staff that is always ready to hear us. Thank you for this great apartment experience.

We have lived in this same apartment for five years and love it. Mason has made continual upgrades, including all new kitchen appliances, new flooring and window blinds. Maintenance takes care of needed work with a smile. We love all the workers. Air conditioning and heating keep us comfortable. Thanks Mason!

Very experienced personnel, maintenance always quick to respond, never any trash overflow picked up regularily, quiet living experience. We have lived here a couple of years and are very pleased. The personnel also plan events for the residents and even the pets.

Management is friendly and always on top of things. The place is clean and a great area to live.

Lived here1 year and has been quite an experience and have all stores available in the area. The only obstacle, there only is one entrance and exit. Everything else is quite a controlled and is quiet.

Get place to live over all, quite apartments for sure i recommend these apartments for anyone starting out new to living out there parents or starting a family!

Staff has been great, Foster answers maintenance requests in a timely manner and if it’s something that cant be fixed right then he will communicate which is appreciated.

I have lived here since January 2012 and have enjoyed it. Through changes in management and owners. I do wish that they could hire some people to come pick up your trash instead of having to carry it to the dumpster. I'm not as young as I use to be and it's sometimes hard.
