Very few issues or complaints! The few I had were resolved quickly.

I moved into the Mezz a few months back and could not be happier. The management team has been excellent in all areas. The Mezz offers great amenities and safety at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend checking out this property. You cannot beat the location and the rooftop pool!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartments and common areas are clean. Great location to run and grab food or groceries.

Good place to be of like it that is my feeling

Close to the river. With good access to recreations. A quiet place to live. In the heart of MPLS but feels like in the suburban. The management is good. The on-site manager is pretty responsive. They turn on heat early and turn it of late!

I have lived here for almost 6 months and have loved every single thing about the community. Amazing staff, amenities and tons of locations around to grab a bite to eat and even a grocery store with in walking distance. Highly recommended.

A great place to live! I have lived here for over four years, the one thing I really enjoy is the diversity within the community and the community events.

I adore living at Buzza! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious. I really love the convenience of having my own washer and dryer in unit. I have wonderful neighbors and the staff here are some of the most sweetest and hardworking people I have ever met ?? ??????. Well done ??

I love living here! The only thing that makes me a bit uncomfortable is the amount of homeless people sleeping in entrance ways and leaving trash everywhere. I feel bad for the people that work so hard to keep everything clean and nice for the residents. It's an issue not just at this location. It happened a ton where I lived before. With it being cold I think it will be an ongoing issue.. I live by myself, so it can be a bit scary coming home from work or embarrassing when I have my mother come for visits. I do really love everything else and have no other issues. Just wondering if the entrances can be more secure on the outside...

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Honestly living is here nide its quiet and noone bothers you its always clean and the security is 24:7 which is nice

Wonderful Property with a Fantastic Management Team. The property has every amenity you can think of and the views of the city are Breathtaking.

The building has excellent maintenance staff that takes care of everything super quickly. Parking is street only but usually not too difficult to find something nearby. The convenience store in the building is nice to have in a pinch. Laundry could be improved as there are only two washers and two dryers for the entire building, but it is credit card operated so no need for quarters. There's lots of storage in the basement including bike storage. The remodeled apartments are super tastefully painted (light grey) and the kitchen looks really nice. The building's plumbing is a little sketchy but water pressure is good overall.

Near the campus and good for student mother.

The current Community Manager at Greenway apt is Awesome and very helpful and informative when need information in regards of rent help, also has referred me to the right people to help me

Great location, great caretaker, and the only issues I had were usual ones to expect in an older building, things like general wear and inconvenient design of some apts. Maintenance was great and solved our floor issue quickly, even during Covid. Overall a great place to be.

Please rate us in the following categories from 1 (worst) to 5 (best): Parking: 3 star Paid parking or find a spot on the street. Amenities: 2 star Have a laundry room. Maintenance: 4 star Haven't needed. Staff: 4 star. Very friendly but new. Value: 3 star It's fair. Location: 5 star Very close to everything. Noise: 1 star Right next to stoplight on busy street if that bothers you but I don't care

Great place n location

I have lived here for only a month and it has been great. I love the high ceilings and large windows. Chill neighbors and good central location for biking, bussing, and walking.

I recently moved in and it’s been great so far. You barely hear your neighbors, the laundry is cheap, the location is fun and lively. I enjoy the layout and specs of the building.

It is a very cool place to live. No noise, it is a safe place, management are very nice, the parking lot is big enough for cars.

The location is great and is not very close to downtown Minneapolis, close to the main highway to the airport and the mall of America.

Cost increases from the 1st year to the 2nd year extreme. Older building apparently very expensive to maintain and require replaceing of aging appliances and infrastructure. Amenities are average but their cost to maintain will break your tenants financially over the long term if they are stable tenants. Unsustainable.

I love my apartment and the staff are great. Very accomodating. My only complaint is really they charge too much for garage parking spot.
