I am relocating to the area from Washington State. When I tour the Washington at Chatham property I was taken back by how beauitful the complex was and how safe I felt walking through the halls. The decor of the units are amazing. I am excited to begin my next chapter living in my beauitful safe apartment.

I'm going on my 3rd year in a row living at WoH and there's truly nowhere else I'd rather be. It can be scary and intimidating when you start the apartment hunting process, but Walnut Capital takes those pains away! I've been so happy from day one with the level of professionalism and genuine care they have for their residents. The building is safe, clean, beautifully decorated, filled with friendly staff, loaded with awesome amenities, located steps away from all the great restaurants and grocery stores -- and they also plan monthly events for the residents. I'm grateful to call this place my home!

Since moving to Hot Metal Flats, we've really come to enjoy the various benefits of living here! Location-wise it's located on the quieter end of South Side, but you can still enjoy various activities and eateries within walkable distance! The management here is great - very welcoming and accommodative to your needs. It has mostly everything you're looking for in apartment, and would recommend staying here without a doubt.
