This is the first place my family lived when we moved to Texas in 2006! Wonderful location and extremely great apartments! Now when we are in between houses we have lived here again for several months. STILL has great staff and such a nice facility. I highly recommend living here.

my husband and I have lived here for 2 years and are happy to call it home. the office staff is very helpful and professional. the maintenance guys are FANTASTIC! they are quick to come and take care of any problems and always with a smile and a great attitude. the landscaping looks great (except right now, after a summer with blistering heat and no rain!!). the landscape crew comes every week at least one day and mows and blows all leaves and debris away. again, very professional and friendly. the amenities are good. beautiful pool and updated and clean fitness center. there is also a very nice covered outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating, along with a fire pit. very conveniently located to austin, cedar park, and leander, and within walking distance of banks, grocery stores, and pharmacies.
