I am a parent of an out of state student at UCSD. Naiza is extremely helpful answering questions and making the application process easy. Naiza continues to be helpful even after move in, not just during the application process. The office staff was also very helpful on move in day. Maintenance has attended to our request within 24 hours of putting in a service request.

I am the parent of an out of state student at UCSD. Naiza was very helpful and answered all my questions (I had a lot) in a timely manner. She made me feel very comfortable having my daughter live. The move in process was very easy. Jackie and Joe were both welcoming and helpful the day we moved in. It has been a month, and we have had two service requests. Maintenance has fixed the issues within 24 hours of our request.

    I enjoy living here!

I wish rent wasnt so high in this city but I can say I do live peacefully in my complex. Everyone is friendly and minds their business. The manager and maintenance staff are very kind and efficient. Coming from a very bad experience in my last apt complex, this place is very comforting to come home to.
