We have just moved in a month ago but we are in love with this property. There is a ton of natural lighting and the location is in the center of everything. The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to maintance requests. Manuela is a dream office manager...always going above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of.

This is a wonderful property. Everything is in walking distance and close to bus lines. Arterra is quiet and clean. The manager Manuela is wonderful and very helpful.
